FoE Character Pipe

So this is one of the alt character's for my friend Fallout Equestria RPG. He is one of the possible extra characters I will use if Xjuan eats it.

His name is Pipe a earth Colt yes his primary weapon is a lead pipe.

He hoping to find some duct tape soon to wrap around the pipe so it wont hurt his teeth as much.
